COMPANIONSHIP

Creating Caring Connections provides a friendly & flexible companionship service.

Our aim is to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation and to support a continued sense of self.

This support will look different for everyone but could include;
- Having a cuppa & a chat
-Exploring new hobbies (or maintaining current ones)
- Doing a meaningful activity whilst a main carer has a break

We cover Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Framlingham & surrounding villages. Minimum 2 hour block (£16 per hour). To discuss individual requirements please get in touch.

CONNECTION CLUB

Small group companionship support on the first Wednesday of the month in Kesgrave, from October 2025.

What to expect:
- A cuppa and conversation
- Magazines, word search and cross word puzzles
- Adult colouring sheets
- Puzzles and dominos
- Music
- Intergenerational Connection sessions (children visiting from local nurseries/schools)

9.30 - 1.30 £40pp (please bring a packed lunch)
