Christmas Connection

Last week I dusted off my elf hat & helped to spread some Christmas connection.

I met a year 2 class at a local care home in Felixstowe to sing Christmas songs with the residents. We also kept warm with some hot chocolate & challenged each other in a Christmas quiz.

The local primary school & care home connected earlier this year as part of the Intergenerational Connections Project. We're looking forward to continuing to develop the connections in the new year through more groups.

I feel so grateful to be able to work alongside care homes & schools to support younger & older generations to come together, to share time & moments, to get to know each other, to connect.
