Later this month (15th), I'm going to be completing my first century to raise money for the Intergenerational Connections Project.
The 100 mile route will wind it's way across Suffolk's countryside.
I've been training for the last few months, but prior to that, had not ridden a bike for over 15 years.
I'm noticing the change of the season during training rides, the chill in the air and the darker evenings.
Hopefully, on the day I'll be treated to beautiful autumnal weather. A bright clear day, blue skies and some warmth still in the sun.
